After shutting down the computer it's often a problem to turn it on. It only blinks when it is pressed power button and immediately shuts off or does not turn on at all. I have to pull it out of the electricity and turn him in again. Then it works. I tried it with two power supplies. Now, when PC is running, power LED is off sometimes. LED sometimes blinking after power up, sometimes shines when is power up. Is some solution?
