Internet Bios does not work. It claims it is not connected to the internet. The .rom file is not found. I have spent hours on multiple occasions since new trying to update these motherboards (I have 4 that operate remotely)

Fat 32 - Check
Correct downloads - Check
Only file on USB - Check
Try multiple USB ports - Check
Try earlier versions of .ROM update files - check

Research indicates I have very old bios (Z390M was apparently an early version of Z790M P4.20 as is dated 7/29/2019)

The current Bios is problematic. It resets whenever the power goes out or it is disconnected from power. I does not recognize USB keyboard on booting.
