Is the molex connector plugged thru an adapter to a Fan header ? Try plugging it directly to the power supply.

Hi all
I am building my first water cooled system and i am having some issues. For some reason i can not get my water pump to turn on to start a leak test. I have double check my power cable made sure that i am using my cpu connect and not a pci. I am using the provided jumper that came with the pump but noting is happening. I have also tried different fan port just in case it some died pin. I am lost as to what the issue it.  The pump i am using is thermaltake Pacific pr22-d5. If i am missing a step please let me know so lost.
