    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=74">parsec</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 832<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16 Sep 2015 at 3:18pm<br /><br />The red UEFI/BIOS LED is on because the board did not POST with the memory for some reason.<br><br>You should be using the <b>two black slots</b> for the memory when using one DIMM per channel.<br><br>Did you use that memory in your other board that seems to have died?<br><br>Did you try each DIMM one at a time to be sure that both work?<br><br>You must clear the CMOS/BIOS after changing the slots the memory is used in, with no power to the board when that is done, of course.<br>]]>

Also check to be sure your RAM is seated properly in the slots, sometimes it will "clip" into place but not actually be properly in the slot all the way. Also check for any debris in the slots themselves.</div><div><br></div><div>Hopefully one of these suggestions resolves your problems. Welcome to the forums.</div>]]>

If i put my RAM in dual channel in any slots it won´t boot and a red light bios stays on. Only boot if i put in single channel.
