I ordered a 
Asrock ab350 pro4 motherboard
Ryzen 3 1200 CPU
Crucial Ballistix 8gb 1x8 DDR4
MSI Nvidia GTX 1050 TI oc 4gb GPU

I have run out of ideas, ive reset bios chip, used different power supplies tried different ram and different ram slots. Nothing is working. My whole build has been a nightmare, i received the Pro4 board and it did not come with any cooler brackets so until the 3 dollar one coming from china gets here i have it zip tied to the motherboard. I´ve have done this before and have seen it in Youtube videos so i can not imagine this is the problem.

Everything is turning on and lighiting up no diagnostic beeps and i made sure the speaker worked by removing the ram and it beeped three times for not detecting ram so i am lost.

HELP!
