You should just contact AsRockRack support.
This is why I wrote I'll never buy another AsRock RACK motherboard.
Their firmware support team is like C- at best, when the standard AsRock (non-RACK) firmware support team is way better. I'd rather buy AsRock board than AsRockRack board, as long as ECC memory is supported. I can do without IPMI in most cases.
