When I first got this motherboard, the lights worked fine, but after upgrading my CPU cooler and GPU, they just stopped working and I have never been able to get the RGB lights to work again. I just got a new case and thought a fresh set up of everything would maybe get it to work again, but still, no RGB lights work. The components (ID cover, addressable RGB headers, etc.) seem to be recognized by the polychrome utility (I've installed the most recent version) but if I try to set a colour to them, nothing happens. The case is a Corsair 3500X and came with ARGB fans, which I have plugged into the 3 pin addressable LED headers (as I know it isn't supposed to be plugged in the 4 pin) but they won't light up either. I also have the corsair H100X cpu cooler, but even those fans won't light up and the "hub" part on the CPU is only lit up white. Not sure how else to fix this issue.

I tried re-flashing the RGB with the cmd in admin using:
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin and enter, then wICPFLASHADSBv2 /File=nu51_3.04
I've also tried WriteFW.bat for the second part, but both give me the following error:
