I'm having the same problem except for my pch can get to 75 while gaming. I have great airflow and my cpu and gpu stay under 70c loaded and 40ish idling. An extra case fan pointing right at the heatsink can keep it under 60c idling but my setup has the motherboard inverted and perhaps this is why. Maybe the heatsink is holding the heat while upside down? ]]>
