Dear Skitty,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Please re-install ASRock RGB LED ver:1.0.34 again.
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Utility/LED/RGBLED(v1.0.34).zip 
 
Please refer to below steps to re-flash the RGB firmware.

1. Open CMD as an administrator (type "CMD" in search bar right click & choose "Run as administrator" from the context menu)
2. Go to RGB app installation folder by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin"
3. Flash the RGB chip using the following command "wICPFLASH.exe /File=nu51_1.10" - this takes around 15 seconds.
 
If the problem stills the same, please re-install the OS to verify.

Hi. I?™ve not been able to get the RGB LEDs to change color in Win10. 
With the RGBLED, I can turn it off & on only.
please help me fix this issue?
