It is possible, it is also possible it could be the power supply or faulty RAM. Diagnosing these issues is tricky and the last thing you want is to RMA a part only to have the same problem when the new one arrives. 

Did you check for bent pins inside the motherboard socket? This is probably the number one fail point in new builds these days due to the sheer number of pins and how tiny they are. It is so easy to bend one or more installing the CPU if you are not very careful.

Additionally, while cooler master makes some fantastic cases and cooling products, their power supplies are not the greatest, they tend to be better than budget units but unless you purchase one of their top end units you are getting nothing more than an "ok" power supply. Don't get me wrong, I have a 5 year old Cooler master 500w unit still running strong but they can be problematic or DoA. If there are no bent pins I would recommend you try another power supply.

You can also look into any shorts caused by the motherboard standoffs or stray screws inside the case. Generally when faultfinding it is advisable to remove the motherboard from the case and run it outside the PC.

Hi,

Thanks for reply. I've tried reseating the CPU and memory (including playgame with one stick in different slots). Unfortunately I have same results as before. Additionally I've attach motherboard beep'er but I was not able to generate any sounds even if mother board didn't have installed GPU and memory sticks... Have you tried reseating the CPU and memory? Also try with only one stick of RAM and try it in each slot individually. Hi,

I've problem with X99E-ITX/ac, here is my specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820k
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB)-> Model BLS2K8G4D240FSA
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX-970 Mini GV-N970IXOC-4GD
HardDrive: SSD Samsung 850 EVO
Power Supply: Cooler Master V650


I've connected all components, power-on, and it looked like everything works fine. All fans works including one from the radiator (I'm using default radiator with fan attach to the ASROCK motherboard box), all fans in chassis works, also fan on GPU works fine. Unfortunately there is no output signal to my monitor. It looks like there is no output/input signal at all ;/ I've tried to change GPU and temporary I've installed ATI Radeon Graphics Card P/N 7120030100G but effect was exactly the same. Next I've tried to Clear CMOS (reset) through the button on motherboard - no results. Next I've used jumper and no results neither. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
