Hey all, just looking for some info here. I just got a new computer and it won't boot or give me a display with my asrock 7900 xtx phantom. If I install my old 6700 xt, it boots up just fine. I already RMA's the first gpu and now i get the same issue with the new card. I'm not sure what else to try, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to get this resolved. My specs are as follows:

motherboard, asrock 870e nova
CPU ryzen 7 9800x3d
32gb memory
corsair 1000x psu
bios version is 3.10
