So, i've had this problem since Christmas time where my first "new build" wont connect to Ethernet. Ive been so unmotivated to fix it its just been sitting there for months. The problem is it wont connect to the Ethernet through LAN. No, it is not the cable the cable works perfectly fine with my ps4 and mac. The LAN port is orange and blinks yellow. So, its not a broken port. When I trouble shoot I get under the problems found "Ethernet" doesnt have a valid IP configuration"....."Not fixed" with a red X. Also, there is no default gateway. 

Things I have tried: 

-Ipconfig/release ipconfig/flushdns ipconfig/renew

-Uninstall/reinstall current Realtek LAN drivers multiple times, I tried the ones from Asrocks, Realtek, and AMDs website. None work

-I updated to the latest bios

-Bought a new router and tried to set static IP address 

-Tried google DNS as well as comcasts


My rig: Ryzen 5 1600, ASRock AB350M Pro 4 AMD motherboard, gtx 1060 mini gigabyte 3gb, Team Vulcan 2400 16gb ram 2x8
