Whenever changing motherboards in particular it is always advisable to perform a fresh installation of windows. If you perform a clean install then simply enable AHCI before you install the OS and windows should install the drivers automatically.</div><div><br></div><div>As for installing AHCI drivers on a windows 7 system without having to reinstall windows you can find what you need here:&nbsp;<a href="http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/922976" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/922976</a></div><div><br></div><div>Windows 7 requires you to install the OS with AHCI enabled in order for it to function but this little app enables AHCI without the need to reinstall. Note you must run the APP in "legacy"/IDE mode, then restart and enable AHCI.</div><div><br></div><div>I hope this is what you were after.</div>]]>

Within SATA IDE Mode Windows<br>is comming up but is seems there is no way to install the AHCI<br>Drivers.
