Hello Forum,

May I receive some assistance with my ASRock Z97 Pro3.

When I shut down my computer (via Power Button or Windows) after 3-5sec. the computer turn itself on again. This also happens if go in Power Saving Mode.

I read many posts about this, thus I tried following:
- Only CPU, MB, RAM
- Turn off all Wake-On Functions
- Switch Power Button Cables with Reset Cables
- Flash UEFI

Nothing of that helps.

Have you any suggestions what the problem could be?

Specs:
- ASRock Z97 Pro3
- Zotac nVidia GTX 650 Ti AMP
- Intel i5 4690K
- G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1333 8GB

My PSU is very weak maybe that could be the problem?
But I had no problems with that when I had i5 23** and a crap MB.
