Thanks for posting your query to ASRock forum. We have posted on same answer to this question on other question asked by you. To make sure you have get our support we will post it again. 

Kindly clear CMOS and try.

To clear CMOS, please short the Clear CMOS pad by putting a metal to both of the CMOS pads.

We have provided a desk mini manual in the following link:

Please refer to the page 8 and 9 to find the position of CMOS pad (No.13).
