What is your BIOS version?

I presume your using ram frequency 3000mhz? change your ram speed to 2666mhz. See if it boots.

Hello, I have ab350 gaming mobo, ryzen 5 1600x And hiper x predator 8GB 3000 2x. When I switch on PC IT still reboot. Nothing happens. I tried everything. Please help.
