when i reboot my usb lose power so resets my mouse dpi is there a setting i need apply in bios for this 980de3u3s3 rev2.0 motherboard or is this noirmal ,i dnt recall losing setting before its power on my usb 2 ports from motherboard rear panel  , thanks ...
