I don't have 2 NVME's in my setup, but the M2_1 is an Ultra M.2 slot, and supports both SATA and PCIe drives.  If I remember correctly, the manual says M2_2 is only for PCIe.

And, I do not believe the board supports NVME raid.  That's probably only available on the HEDT platform. 

There was some talk of StoreMI working, since it's software based, but YMMV.

Also forgot to ask, which nvme drive would be best suited (speed wise) to the secondary nvme slot?
as i take it it runs in gen2 x4 mode?
