Please list ALL your components, that includes all drives, video cards, add-on cards and attached USB devices (including phone brand and model).
Am curious, why you are changing RAM timings in BIOS with your phone plugged in? Did you originally set up your machine with a phone plugged in ?

Currently on Bios L7.31, I've used all the previous bios and have the same issues on all. The #1 issue is bios randomly freezes, sometimes it'll unfreeze after 30 secs or so, and sometimes it will be permanent and you have to restart the PC. The 2nd issue is if you change ram timings and Ultra fast is enabled on the new timings, it will not boot no matter what, the only solution for this is to change it to Fast boot. and the 3rd biggest issue is, if your PC detects your phone (USB) and you try changing ram timings, it will not boot no matter what. Only known solution is turning off phone or unplugging. Just wanted to let you guys know.
