Windows 7 does not include USB 3.0 drivers which both boards have. You need to download and install the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Driver to get USB to work.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=9805">gillhog</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8725<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 May 2018 at 3:20am<br /><br />I put a fresh install of Windows 7.&nbsp; I have legacy enabled.&nbsp; The following drivers do not install (yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager):<div>PCI Simple Communications Controller</div><div>Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller</div><div>Unknown Device (it is ACPI/INT3452)</div><div><br></div><div>When executing the Intel Trusted Execution Engine from the Motherboard CD, I get the message "The operating system is not supported."</div><div><br></div><div>I have searched for drivers and found nothing.&nbsp; I tried Driver Easy Pro and it shows them "up to date", but when looking at them, it indicates that no driver is installed.</div><div><br></div><div>USB devices (such as mouse and flash drive) work correctly when in CMOS (UEFI), but will not operated in Windows (no drivers).</div>]]>
