Steve at it again, this time putting Intel Skylake X up against Ryzen. The results are pretty interesting. 

It is worth noting however that going for an HEDT system is not just about cores and performance but also things like PCIe lanes, quad channel memory/larger RAM capacities etc. Still, it is nice to see that there are consumer grade alternatives that are competitive performance wise Smile
