PC seems stable without it so far, whatever the missing driver is it must not be mission critical.

I am stumped. I have tried everything I can find online to remedy this but cannot get this driver flag to go away.

Device PCI info soup says it is:
\VEN_8086&DEV_7A4C&SUBSYS_7A4C1849&REV_11\3&11583659&0&A8 requires further installation.

I have rebooted, I have updated the BIOS to enable the Automatic Driver utility (which ran after a reboot and did remove two other lingering driver issues but this one still remains).

I have one PCI card add-on (Nvidai 2070 TI Super) which is running current Nvidia drivers.
