    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=9886">Moby-geek</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8811<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05 Jun 2018 at 2:41am<br /><br /><div>Hi, I got some news.</div><div>After reinstalling Windows 10 x64 I got a more stable system but not perfect anyway.</div><div>Windows event show me a "generic" kernel-power issue after every crash.</div><div>This can't me me anymore or the true reason of power failure. <br></div><div><br></div><div>Now my system is more stable and don't crash on desktop, I discover my CPU and GPU overheated. The first reason is my CPU (Athlon x4 950) auto overclocked itselve. I downgrade him to the standard clock voltage.</div><div>The second reason is My GTX 1060 didn't turn his fan correctly, I forced them with EVGA Precision to a personalized curve.</div><div>A finaly test these config with a burn stress test, both CPU and GPU during 1 hour.<br></div><div><br></div><div>This is better BUT this still crash with no reason.<br></div>]]>

And I can't install windows 7 driver neither.</div><div><br></div><div>If I could have more than 5 mins of boot (power on included) I will show you what the event viewer logs.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks for helping me !<br></div>]]>

You can filter the logs to only show error, warning and critical messages by right clicking the log (system or application).&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Let us know what you find in the event viewer as well as the answers to my questions above.</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=9886">Moby-geek</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8811<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 May 2018 at 2:04am<br /><br /><div>Hi, I bought a new pc with the ASRock AB350 Pro4 but I get some issue.</div><div>My pc always boot correctly but reboot randomly when I'm getting in Windows 8 or when I have to type the password.</div><div>No crash occured in BIOS.<br></div><div><br></div><div>It seems to be something with my graphic card : a GTX Geforce 1060 6Go.</div><div>I try to get some informations with Cpu-Z in order to see something useful and I found my card is running on a 8x bus instead of a 16x 3.0.</div><div><br></div><div>The BIOS is up-to-date (4.70).</div><div>All frequencies &amp; voltage are OK.</div><div>My 2x 4Go RAM Slot are well reconized, tested and OK.</div><div>Windows 8 64bit is updated and have the  NVIDIA 1060 gtx last drivers.</div><div>CPU, GPU and MB temperatures are OK.</div><div>FANs speed are OK and functional.</div><div>I tryied to clear CMOS to avoid bios settings corruption.</div><div>The graphic card is on the first slot (PCIE2) and still crash on PCIE4.</div><div><br></div><div>I really think there is a problem with the motherboard because this don't crash when I boot on safe mode.<br></div><div><br></div><div>I really need you help guys,I'm distraght !</div><div>Thanks.<br></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Moby-geek - 07 Jun 2018 at 11:47pm</span>]]>
