Regarding your case, pleaseclear CMOS to load BIOS default and check if the symptom can be fixed.

Please unplug the power cord firstly,and you can push the clear CMOS button form rear IO or follow the user manualpage 22 to clear CMOS by set the CMOS jumper.

Hi.

I just ended mounting my pc.

But I encounter a problem, the motherboard never shutdown. Fans, leds... Everything is still on.


I use w10 pro. It doesn't matter if i ask for shutdown, reset, sleep or hibernate. Windows "is closed", the screen goes black, but the computer never stops.

The only way to shutdown is to keep pressed the power buttom.

Can anyone help?
