previous posters have APU's (GPU in their respective CPU's) and should be getting a video signal without the use of a discrete video card unlike your 3600 chip.

My daughter's rig has the Fatal1ty B350 gaming ITX/ac .. initially I had the 2200g in it and it ran great .. I had the exact same problem. BUT I found the solution...

Configuration:
MB: ASRock Fatal1ty AB450 Gaming-itx/ac
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600                                                                                               

PROBLEM: like most others with this problem, I would turn on the power, press power button on the case, lights on case would come on, fans would all come on, even the USB thumb drive would light up & the cpu would start to heat up too. BUT No Video output and no other signs of boot. I tried lots of things, to no avail. Until...

SOLUTION: I, am, stupid. I had no video because I had connected my monitor to the "onboard" HDMI output on the ASRock motherboard. But that will NEVER work because my Ryzen 5 CPU has no integrated video. So I popped my graphics card in the PCIe slot, plugged my monitor into THAT, fired up the power and boom, I see the ASRock bios on screen. YAY!

MY PAIN: OMG, I switched monitors, cables, cable types, I pulled the CPU off another machine (so much pain), changed the RAM, did a dance and nothing worked until I realized the mistake I had made. I was being too lazy to take the new graphics card out and plug it in first, I figured I would do that after I had installed Windows. That did not work out. Do a search on this forum for motherboard cable connections. Make sure you have the power and reset cables oriented in the right direction as it relates to positive and negative cables. There is a diagram that shows the correct orientation. I had a problem with the diagram in the manual and once I got the colored diagram online I was good to go. I'll see, if I can find the post and give you the url.

In the first instance I'd suggest using the Clear CMOS link - refer to your manual for its location. The Ryzen 3 2200G needs a certain minimum BIOS revision (P4.40), which you may or may not have. The A10-9700E does not have that restriction. One other thing to check - make sure you have connected the 12 volt CPU power cable. I am having a devil of a time getting a new system to work, this is my first AM4 System, but I have several other AMD systems up and running, most on AsRock MBs.

Configuration:
MB: Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-itx/ac (Part No. 90-MXB5P0-A0UAYZ)
CPU: AMD A10-9700E (3.5Ghz 2MB Cache, onboard R7, Socket AM4)
RAM: G.Skill F4-2400C15D-16GFXR (8GB x 2 Module Set, Part is on the Memory QVL)
Current Power Supply: Seasonic M12 II Bronze Evo Edition (650W)

HD: None Currently Connected
ODD: None Currently Connected
KB / Mouse: None Currently Connected
Speaker: Connected

Originally I tried to make this system work in a case, with the HD and KB/Mouse Connected.  Behavior is the same as presently being experienced - NO POST OF ANY KIND on the HDMI connection (this board has no other video ports) 

System Makes no beeps, unless I remove all the RAM
Fan Powers up on the CPU
No Post to the Monitor

Attempts:
1. RMA'd CPU for defective video (GPU circuits), new CPU - Same result
2. Ordered 2nd Power Supply (Seasonic) replaced Corsair 550 Unit - Same result
3. Replaced MB with same model - Same result
4. Changed out HDMI Cables (cable works on other computer) - Same result
5. Changed out Monitor with latest generation - Same result
6. Used only 1 Ram Module  - same result
7. Let system run with fan for over 20 Minutes - Same Result

I'm open to ideas... this is ridiculous and non-functional as a design.  Right now i'm considering jumping back to Intel and Gigabyte
