Through more troubleshooting, I realized the problem was that I had too much power draw on the motherboard. When I unplugged a few fans(I have 5) the strip became brighter. With all the fans and the strip plugged in, the strip dimmed and the fans slowed down a little.]]>

IS this a software issue, or an issue with the rgb header?]]>
