BIOS 1.11A
Cpu fan curves are not correctly being set by f-stream. RPM values are not corresponding to what the curves show.

Man Asrock software is really bad. Third fail. Restart to Uefi doesn't work. The release BIOS had broken dram voltage, and finally, the fan curves just don't work.
