The status lights for VGA and BOOT are constantly displaying red. When I connected a speaker to the motherboard 5 short beeps can be heard, which indicates a missing VGA.

I have done the following:
- I have tried using a new Nvidia Quadro M2000 and Intel Arc A380 and got the same error.
- Reset CMOS
- Removed all PCI devices


Does anyone have any idea what's wrong? I may just have to return this board since I'm not able to get a solution soon.
