Hello i installed a new gpu (Rx 580) and now when i turn on my pc the DRAM and CPU lights show up on my mobo I've had this build for around 3 years with 0 issues until changing the gpu recently.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 5600
AsRock b550M
RX 7600 / Rx 580 (No they are not installed at the same time)
G.Skill 16gb Ram
EVGA 500W PSU

Things I've tried that didn't work

1. Clearing CMOS

2. Different ram sticks and using different ram slots

3. Different CPU

4. Different GPU
