I received an ASRock A520M-ITX/AC from a friend. It powers on but doesn?™t give any display. First, I flashed the BIOS with a new version using a CH341A programmer, but that didn?™t resolve the issue. After flashing the BIOS, I found an old buzzer and plugged it in. Upon turning on the PC, I heard two long beeps.

I tried to identify what this beep code meant but could only find a list of error codes from 2002 on the ASRock FAQ forum, which described only short beep errors.

At the time, I had an R3 3200G installed, along with 2x8GB Patriot Viper RAM sticks (PV416G320C6K). I tried both HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, but neither worked.

I then switched the CPU to an R5 3600, which gave me three short beeps instead. For video output, I used an NVIDIA Quadro NVS 295. I also tried using a single RAM stick in either slot and even a different RAM stick from a working PC, but the problem persisted.
