Thanks but that does not tell us what the motherboard, CPU, RAM and video model are.
Where did you buy the computer ? How do you know it is an Asrock motherboard ?

CPU: make and model
RAM: make and model
Motherboard: make and model
GPU: make and model
Power supply: make and model

For all we know you are trying to install windows 10 on a 486 Wink Tongue
