How come it only comes with 1 pci-e slot on both boards? Why can't it have more than one sir?

I can only find a few that has HDR on the motherboard. I currently have Z270 i7 Professional by ASRock.
It does not have it, but does play 4k movies. Looking for a board that does have the HDR feature.

If anyone knows of any please share them with me.
