Help needed for a new PC setup!

I?™ve just built a new computer for my son, but I?™ve run into a problem: It starts and shuts down again shortly after, then goes into a loop. No BIOS startup or anything like that.

Here?™s the setup:

Motherboard: ASRock B760M H2/M2
CPU: Intel i5 14400F
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: RTX 3050

Here?™s what I?™ve done so far:
??Tested the RAM in another PC ??works fine.
??Tested the CPU ??works fine.
??Tested the GPU ??no issues.
??Tested the PSU ??works.
??Tested the SSD M.2 ??works.

Is there anything I might have overlooked? Any tips or ideas for troubleshooting?
