According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter to the BIOS setup then press [F9] to load BIOS default setting.

2. Please plug the USB device to other USB ports to verify.

3. If possible, please use another USB device to verify.

4. If possible, please use this USB to another motherboard to make sure if this USB can work normally.

5. If possible, please re-install a clean supported Windows10 OS for verifying.
