I was able to get it to work by unplugging PC and hitting the power button a few times to clear out any residual power.<br /><br />CPU: i9-12900k / 64GB corsair ram (2x32gb)<br /><br />normally i check the forums before performing a BIOS update which I didnt this time until I started running into problems which seeing this post just about gave me a heart attack until i finally got it working.  I hope you get it figured out.<br />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=45272">Dacioms</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 90817<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17 Jan 2025 at 3:09am<br /><br />Today I updated the BIOS of my ASROCK Z790 PG motherboard to the version released in January, following all the instructions correctly.The update went as expected until the system, after being updated, asked to give the ok to restart.<br />After approximately one minute on, the system turned off and now when turned on it stays on for one or two seconds, with the board LED on and then turns off.<br /><br />The computer was working perfectly before, it is absurd for the company to release a sensitive update like the BIOS without taking responsibility for validating all possible errors.<br /><br />I'm in desperate need of the computer now, I hope there's a quick solution for this.]]>
