ChatGPT says the Extreme6 BIOS isn't compatible with Extreme6/3.1, but you can modify the latest Extreme6/3.1 BIOS 1.60 to include TPM. You'll have to research how. Maybe ChatGPT can help you. Maybe there's something on the XDA Forums.
