I'm building the "very good" computer on logical increments found here (http://www.logicalincrements.com) all the best stuff, an I have checked compatibility with as rock for any upgrades I decided to do (I added a 500gb m.2, and used a 4tb HDD)

Here's the parts list. Not that it matters, I'm not even getting video with just the CPU and ram. I have a terrible feeling my MB is dead.

Z370m pro4
i5 8400 (cryorig H5 universal)
2X 8Gb DDR4 3000MHz patriot/viper
Deskstar NAS 4TB HDD
500 GB Samsung evo SSD
Gigabyte radeon RX570 4GB


I have rebuilt it 2 times, everything is installed correctly, I've checked for shorts, and I have flashed bios 2 times. (The first time I followed the MB directions, the second time I followed a thread on here for flashing bios. The only difference is that the forum suggested I remove the battery and wait 4 hours)

I'm not getting any lights, sounds, or output from the MB, besides having all the fans working, including the CPU fan (the cryorig h5 universal).

Any help on what the next step should be would be great!!!
