    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=7507">underthedog</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9139<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14 Jul 2018 at 4:40am<br /><br /><div>I purchased a new ASRock x399 Taichi Motherboard on December 5th, 2017.&nbsp; It's a great board, especially when compared to the Fatal1ty board for which I had to exchange it (due to well-known Foxconn cpu socket problems).&nbsp; However, now after 7 months, I have purchased a third NVMe (M.2) SSD, only to realize that the third slot has no spacers and no standoff for the M.2 drive.</div><div><br></div><div>I have filled out some form on ASRock's support site, which sends out an automated response that I should contact the dealer/store where I purchased the product.&nbsp; Multiple issues with that, aside from the obvious fact that no store has a 8 month return policy; nevertheless, I tried calling them.&nbsp; They have a m.2 spacer/standoff kit for sale.&nbsp; <br></div><div><br></div><div>I'm still waiting to hear from anyone at ASRock regarding this matter.&nbsp; I'm quite puzzled by the lack of response and the apparent lack of quality control of their products.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><img src="https://ptpb.pw/rmtk.jpg" height="356" width="561" border="19" alt="ss" title="ss" />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <img src="https://ptpb.pw/5J_G.jpg" height="99" width="99" border="0" /></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by underthedog - 14 Jul 2018 at 4:51am</span>]]>
