Dear Seeker05,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


First, please make sure the CPU fan is a 4-pin device.

Second, please check the fan is connected to 4-pin CPU fan connector.
 
Only 4-pin CPU fan and connector can control the speed.
 
Please try to adjust full speed, standard, silent mode for checking the result.

Hello, the CPU fan cannot be controlled in the BIOS via the hardware monitor. 
Is this a bug?
