there are few dimensions of those things
go to some local pc shop, they should have plenty of those things laying around
tho u should get set of those (standoff+screw) as there are different dimensions

So am I missing screws and a standoff??
Just googled standoff and it looks exactly like the thing in my case, so I just need a screw for it right?

There are never any screws that come with the motherboard to mount it.  That comes with the case.

The only screws that come with it are for M.2 slots, and thats it.

Opened the box, just didn't have any screws to mount the motherboard with.. 
Not to mention the IO shield just didn't even fit, but that doesn't matter. I'll just stick without one. But still, why are all the screws missing?
