That BIOS version was posted on AsRock's web site several days ago as a required midway BIOS for installing V3.00 with the new AGESA and stuff. Unfortunately both v2.30 and v3.00 were removed. We don't know why but some people that were able to flash the BIOSes said that there are some issues so this might be the reason the files were removed.
If you are not experiencing any issues, you can just leave it like that for now, if not, try flashing v2.00.

I just built a Threadripper system for a friend with the X399 Taichi and it shows BIOS version P2.30 when booting. This appears to be newer than the one listed on ASRock's support page for the Taichi. Does anyone have a changelog for this BIOS or know if it's listed elsewhere?
