Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to the user manual page 28 to clear CMOS.

2. Please install 2400G CPU to another system to verify if it can work properly.

3. Please make sure the CPU is installed properly on the board.

4. Please install bare bone device CPU, one stick memory and using onboard graphic to check if system can boot properly.

5. If possible, please install another CPU, memory, to verify.

I recently bought AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac with 2400g.

But I got no display signal using the onboard HDMI connection.

So I change to Ryzen 3 1200 and it was able to boot and see that the BIOS version is 4.40

Then I installed the 2400g again but still no signal and will restart every 30 seconds.

Please let me know the reason for this issue.
