I can't confirm a direct link, but it's been acting up over the last few days while doing all sorts of basic operations, and the only thing I've changed is this BIOS update.

I have an Fatal1ty X370 Gaming K4<span ="noCtrlF keyNavAnnotation" -text="1" title="press 1 to " style="font-size: 9px; line-height: 0; vertical-align: super; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px;">, and I believe I was running on BIOS 3.00 up until recently; no way to 100% confirm, but that's the last firmware I found in my download folders before this last jump. I know that normally you can roll back a BIOS without too many issues, but I was hoping for a second opinion on this one.

Specifically, I did two updates: one to 3.50 (which the website lists as a 'bridge BIOS' necessary to get the later versions), and then updated again to the latest version of 4.80. Would I be able to flash back to 3.00 without consequence, or could this 3.50 Bridge BIOS change something fundamental which makes it impossible to downgrade?

Thanks in advance to anybody weighing in; I'm filled with regret and just want to undo my mistake, so any input would be most appreciated!
