Good news I found the problem....it's the driver link they have on their site. I am not sure how the navigation works on their site but if you go to support you'll actually find a different driver that works! Seems then haven't updated this mobo audio driver link.

I just downloaded it and it installed perfectly fine.

Just did a new build with this mobo and downloaded all the updates. The Realtek Audio update will not work. IT gives me a error of: 

"Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure !! [Error Code: -0001] No driver supported in this driver package."

I have read the FAQs section on this matter and the Microsoft Audio mentioned to disable and uninstall is not on my system. This is a brand new build, fresh Windows 10 Pro build.

Specs: 8600K, 32 GB memory, 1080 TI, 850 PSU
