I am currently having issues with a new build, specifically the error code 06 is displayed on POST. I get to the splash screen but can not move forward using any of the keys listed.

I have reseated the CPU and checked for any bent pens (none).
I have moved all the ram out except for slot A2. I tried a few different configurations A2, B2 etc.
I have reseated the GPU to ensure it is in.

My build is as follows:

ASRock X370 Pro Gamming
Team T-Force Dark 4 x 8GB DDR4 2400
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 ( I also have tried with an AMD Ryzen 5 2400g)
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB
Rosewill Photon 850 power supply
