I can?™t use any of the new CC2018 products in my PC. Majority of them makes windows10 to freeze when opening and some makes windows just to crash inside the app making a specific task like rendering or even open an EPS file for example.
I?™m on a fresh install of Windows10, fully updated and drivers as well.

I?™m a on a x299 motherboard with 7980xe CPU auto overclocked to 4.6ghz. For RAM i have Corsair Vegeance LPX 32Gb, QC kit. Graphics stands for GTX 1070.

I have to add that I?™m having some specific problems regarding video encoding with Handbrake, for example. Computer freezes with a H.254 encoding. Same happens with Premiere app for example. I wonder if you have any idea of what can be undergoing here in order for me to try to solve it out as well. You think it?™s an hardware problem or a software bug? Thanks.
