While I agree with the idea of not fixing something that isn't broken I would also suggest that if you are finding the older BIOS buggy then it would be well worth trying the new one - especially since, if it proves to be worse, you can always go back. It seems there was a sweet spot for 1000-series processors that was just before the big changes needed to support the 2000-series APUs. Those changes seem to have broken a lot of things. In other words, anyone using a 2000-series processor needs the very latest BIOS version while someone using a 1000-series processor might be better served by the last one before the big update. esp. as you have the first gen ryzen cpu ,im still on bios 3.1 for my taichi it works fine

im running a asrock fatal1ty gaming k4 ab350 motherboard with a ryzen 3 1200 cpu.
