any updates? would like to help because its your first build

can you even enter bios? try to load bios defaults and boot.

ram is in A2 and B2 slots? all power cables connected? (8pincpu)?

and try minimal setup, no hardware thats not needed..

Toshiba - P300 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Team - Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory

I would start by taking it out of the case and doing a minimal setup to make sure that it's not shorting on anything.
