Setup
Ryzen 5 1600
8GB 2666mhz
Zotac GTX 1050

So I just bought an additional 8GB stick and after putting it in, the CPU fan, GPU fan and two other fans turn on, along with a slow, red blinking light on the motherboard. There is no beeping but no image appears on my monitor. 

Things I've tried:
1. Changing position of one or both memory sticks
2. taking out new 8GB stick and using just the one original one
3. changing monitors
4. cleaning everything
5. checking sure all connections are ok

As I said, everything powers up normally with the only difference being that no image appears on my monitor and can't get into the bios.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
