I have TR! and 32GB over quad channel and had similar issue. I suggest going to single Channel only then doing a clear Cmos then proceed with adding more Ram.

Hello. My PC builder has reported that they cannot get 128GB of memory (gskill rip jaws V 2400mhz 16gb X 8 ddr4) to work with the X399 Tahichi and the 2990WX CPU even using the latest bios. It works with the Threadripper 1 series like 1950X but when using the 2990WX only 64gb shows up. Is this a known issue and if so, will there be a bios fix soon?
